At Impressions Furniture, we want you to love your home; if your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original box with all hardware and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized furniture carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
